Making Your Mark

As part of Cruinniú na nÓg, an annual national day of free creativity for children and young people, I organised and facilitated a series of printmaking workshops across Longford libraries. Funded by Creative Ireland Longford, these five workshops took place over three Saturdays and introduced participants to creative and accessible printmaking techniques such as LEGO block printing and monoprinting.

Tailored to suit various age groups and skill levels whilst encouraging self expression, participants created unique prints while learning new artistic skills. Feedback was gathered after each workshop and participants shared how these workshops inspired their creativity.
